HIIT Training (cardio of your choice: run, bike, elliptical) – 20 minutes at a moderate pace
10-20 minutes of HIIT: 1 minute sprint with a 2 minute recovery. Repeat 3-6 times.
5 minute cool down
Men do 8-10 reps; 3 sets
Women do 10-12 reps; 3 sets
Beginners just do the first exercise in a super set (A1, B1, C1, D1)
Intermediate/advanced do the full super set
